Join us in Queenstown, New Zealand for the annual IWTO Wool Round Table.

Open to all IWTO members, the Wool Round Table is an excellent opportunity to participate in the industry and to network with other professionals from all parts of the supply chain.

This year the event takes place on 2 & 3 December 2019, with working group meetings on 1 December and an optional visit to a New Zealand Farm and Wine Tour on 4 December.

Venue: The Rydges Conference Centre. 

Accommodation: IWTO is holding a block booking at the QT Queenstown Hotel, adjacent to Rydges Conference Centre and a five-minute walk from the centre of town.

Use this link to make your reservation. Due to the popularity of Queenstown, we highly recommend booking early in order to take full advantage of the rates negotiated with the QT Queenstown Hotel.

All hotel bookings, changes and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.

Registration Fees

The registration fee* is € 290 per participant.

If you wish to bring your partner to the dinner on Monday evening, 2 December, the cost is €95 and you should contact Amanda Millard at meetings@iwto.org for a ticket.

On Tuesday 3 December, leaving mid-afternoon, there is an optional Lake Cruise, Farm Visit and BBQ at the cost of €105 per person and this is open to delegates and partners on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets to be purchased during online registration.

On Wednesday 4 December, there is a full day optional Post-Event New Zealand Farm and Wine Tour at the cost of €110 per person, and this is open to delegates and partners on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets to be purchased during online registration.

Making changes to your registration

Once your registration is complete you will receive a confirmation email which will contain a link enabling you to review and/or make changes to your booking at any time.

 

HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR EVENT REGISTRATION BY CREDIT CARD

  • Finally, select “Check out as Guest” and proceed to payment.
